Privacy Policy

“SupaDoer” (the “Service”) is a LINE-based AI assistant service provided by 超級助理 SupaDoer (contact: support@supadoer.ai). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it — in particular, when you choose to connect your Google account (Google Calendar, Google Drive), how we access, use, store, and share your Google user data.
1. Data We Collect
- LINE account info: your LINE user ID and display name, used to identify you and reply to your messages.
- Content you send the assistant: text, images, voice, files, and links, used to carry out the tasks you ask for.
- Google user data (only after you actively connect your Google account): see Section 2.
2. Access and Use of Google User Data
We access your Google data only after you actively tap “Connect Google” and grant authorization on Google’s consent screen. The scopes we request and their purposes are:
.../auth/calendar.events(Google Calendar events): lets the assistant, at your request, view your schedule and create or modify calendar events (e.g. “show my schedule tomorrow”, “book a meeting Wednesday at 3pm”)..../auth/drive.file(Google Drive): limited to files the assistant itself creates, or files you actively open/share with the assistant through the Service. This scope cannot read other existing files in your Google Drive. It is used to save files the assistant generates for you (e.g. quotes, reports) to your Drive, or to read a file you specifically hand to the assistant.
We access the above data only while performing the specific task you have explicitly requested. We do not proactively scan, index, or bulk-download your Google data.
3. Storage and Retention
- OAuth credentials: after you authorize, we store a Google refresh token so we can access Google services on your behalf for your later requests. It is stored encrypted within your dedicated service instance and is used solely to call Google APIs on your behalf.
- Google content data: calendar events, file contents, etc. are accessed only transiently while handling your current request. They are not retained long-term or stored in a separate database by the Service; once the response is complete they are no longer kept (your conversation history with the assistant is retained per the policy below to maintain continuity).
- Conversation history: to help the assistant remember context, your recent conversations are kept for a limited number of days and then automatically deleted.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. Data is only processed by our infrastructure providers as necessary (they merely compute and store on our behalf and may not use it for themselves): cloud hosting (Fly.io), database (Neon), messaging (LINE), and the AI model providers required to fulfill your request. We do not send your Google authorization credentials to AI model providers.
5. Your Controls
- You can revoke authorization and delete the credentials we store at any time by telling the assistant in LINE to “disconnect Google”.
- You can also remove the Service’s access yourself at your Google account’s third-party access settings.
- To delete your account data, email support@supadoer.ai.
6. Security
We protect your data using common industry practices: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, and tenant isolation (each user’s data and instance are isolated from others). No method, however, can guarantee 100% security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
